The Grace Elliott Center is a non-profit organization whose mission is to build stronger families and communities. We are committed to providing programs and services that promote healthy social and emotional well-being in the lives of women and children.
We were established in 1993, by Edward Robinson Sr., Pastor of Trinity Chapel Assembly of God in Compton. We were birthed in direct response to the lack of culturally appropriate health and related care services available to address the overwhelming number of crisis pregnancies occurring in Compton, Watts and surrounding neighborhoods.
With humble beginnings as a crisis pregnancy program, our love for the community has caused us to become one of the only resource centers for women. Now more than 13 years later, we are still the only agency of its kind in the city of Compton; serving over 300 pregnant and parenting women, teens, their children and families annually. We are a district-approved home missions project, ready to serve the body of Christ.
